Having begun her career in legal support roles and grown into operations leadership, Nielah has seen the inner workings of a firm from nearly every angle. That perspective shapes the way she approaches her work: with respect for every role, an appreciation for strong systems, and a focus on creating an environment where attorneys and staff feel organized, supported, and able to do their best work.
Nielah oversees the firm’s administrative, human resources, financial, technology, and day-to-day operational functions. Her work often happens behind the scenes, but its impact is felt throughout the firm—from smoother onboarding and more consistent internal processes to stronger technology practices and practical solutions to everyday challenges. She is especially drawn to the work of creating order out of complexity, helping turn moving pieces into clear systems that support both the firm and its clients.
Known for her patience, practicality, and calm sense of humor, Nielah approaches operations with both structure and heart. Whether she is improving a process, coordinating a project, managing vendors, supporting employees, or troubleshooting an unexpected issue, she brings a steady, solutions-oriented approach to the work and a genuine commitment to helping people succeed.
Nielah holds a bachelor’s degree in business and organizational management and a paralegal certificate. Outside the firm, she is a freelance writer, an avid collector and caretaker of rare plants, and a lover of hiking and nature. She lives at the Jersey Shore and most enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
