Long before Brian and Ian became law partners, they built a relationship around a set of principles that continue to define our firm today. In jurisdictions where we appear regularly, such as Delaware, we work with trusted local counsel with whom we have longstanding relationships. Elsewhere, we draw on a broad network of experienced and respected lawyers to identify the right local partner for each engagement. In every matter, we remain responsible for the overall strategy, execution, and client relationship.
