Our lawyers trained at some of the nation’s leading law firms and practiced there as partners and counsel. Our clients benefit from that experience through direct, senior-level attention without the cost structure of a large law firm.
A more efficient process
Efficiency creates value. We deliberately staff matters leanly, with experienced lawyers who remain closely involved throughout each engagement. Our clients meet and work with each lawyer involved in their matters. That approach allows us to respond more quickly, make decisions more efficiently, and provide the continuity that complex matters demand.
Fee flexibility
Billing arrangements should support, not dictate, a client’s objectives. While we regularly represent clients under traditional hourly engagements, we recognize that different matters call for different approaches. Depending on the circumstances, we offer hourly, flat-fee, phased, contingency, success-fee, and hybrid arrangements that combine discounted hourly rates with performance-based compensation. We work collaboratively with our clients to develop fee structures that align our interests with theirs.
Client satisfaction
The primary metric we use to measure our firm’s success is client satisfaction, not the number of hours our lawyers bill. Our goal is to build client relationships that endure long after the resolution of any particular matter by efficiently delivering successful outcomes that further our clients’ business objectives.
